Our bond-back guarantee gives you peace of mind on end-of-lease cleans. These terms explain what the guarantee covers and how to make a claim.
If your property manager or landlord identifies cleaning issues at the final inspection that fall within the scope of the clean we performed, we will return and re-clean those items free of charge, within 72 hours of receiving the report (subject to access and reasonable availability).
To be eligible, all of the following must apply:
The guarantee covers only the cleaning items that were within the agreed scope of your original clean. Carpet steam cleaning is covered only if it was purchased as part of your service.
The guarantee does not cover:
Where a valid claim is made, re-cleaning the items in question is the remedy under this guarantee. This does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
The return of your bond is decided by your landlord, property manager or the relevant tribunal, and depends on many factors beyond cleaning — including damage, repairs, rent owing and the overall condition of the property. This guarantee relates to our cleaning only, and is not a promise that your bond will be returned.
