These terms apply to the cleaning services provided by Sydney Pro Cleaners ("we", "us", "our") and to your use of our website. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Prices shown on our website are indicative starting prices. We confirm a fixed quote based on the size, condition and scope of your property. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the service, price and time with you.
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as described in your quote. Our services are carried out by our cleaning personnel, who are police-checked and trained. The scope of a clean may be adjusted by agreement with you.

We may be unable to clean areas that we cannot safely access.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is due as set out in your quote or invoice. We may apply a surcharge for certain payment methods, and we may charge for additional work agreed with you on the day.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations or changes made at short notice may incur a fee, which we will tell you about when you book.
End-of-lease cleans are covered by our Bond-Back Guarantee, which is subject to separate terms. Please see our Bond-Back Guarantee Terms.
We carry public liability insurance and take care in your property. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the cleaning or paying the cost of having it re-performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information, or from items or hazards not disclosed to us. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you believe something has been damaged or missed, please contact us within 72 hours of your clean so we can investigate and make it right.
We may decline or stop a service where conditions are unsafe for our personnel — including hazards, pests or biohazards — and will discuss alternatives with you.
